Machine description
Flour enters through the inlet throat to the feeding spiral screw. Feed screw uniformly fed flour into the sifter space. Rotating flights throw flour by air stream towards cylindrical sieve and provide its sweeping on the sieve, where it is sifting by centrifugal force.
Flour pass through sieve and in collective outlet fall down below machine.
The over- impurities are helical motion moved on the sieve towards overtail, where they fall to the waste outlet. The form of flights is chosen with aspect to maximum thrifty of sifting, to avoid smashing bigger flour elements. Output and quality of sifting process are supported by the whole case vibrations. These vibrations provide good cleaning of sieving surface at the same time and help to deliver sifted material to the outlet's basket.

Machine output depends on the size of sorting sieves, size rate of sieving mesh and sorting material.
